Pleasure to Work With Felicia was a pleasure to work with from her initial phone call to the closing. Selling a home can be a nerve-wrecking experience and there were disappointments on the journey, but she did as good as she could to keep me grounded and realistic. In actuality it took about 3 months to sell; during a pandemic and economic uncertainty, so that's a good job I would say. We made only one price reduction and added closing costs as an incentive but overall, we stayed in my comfort zone for price. Felicia strength is her composure because I'm analytical, results oriented and will ask questions and freak out when my expectations aren't met. It was a good experience and I look forward to working with her again.
